Comforting Lakeside Retreat in Gated Community

Positive: The lake view Negative: That it didn't have TV in all the rooms.and the grill wasn't clean need attention.

Private stay, peaceful area

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, close to many activities, easy to get to. Great owners!! Positive: This was a great location for my family to stay when we cam to Macon to visit our oldest son. The location was great, close to lots of restaurants but not in a busy area, Is a gated community, loved that. Negative: The only complaint if you can even call it that is that I wish there hooks in the bathroom for towels. The owner has already reached out and was given this suggestion. Was received well.

We loved the house. The kitchen was beautiful and spacious and we loved the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the deck and lake. The deck and backyard were fabulous! The lake, wooded area across the lake, and the surrounding mature trees were brimming with so many species of birds. In the early morning they sounded like a symphony. Next time we plan to stay longer.

We traveled with daughter, my son and his wife and 18 month old triplet grandchildren. This home was perfect for us! Very clean and roomy lots of area for the kids to play inside, great neighborhood, easy in and out of the gated area. Communication with the owner and manager was wonderful. Highly recommended if you’re ever in the Macon area.
