Property was clean, tidy and easy to find. Providing the perfect place to relax and recharge. Positive: Spacious and clean and it is situated in a quiet central location. Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like about this property

Positive: Quiet & relaxing area. No highways, no busy downtown area, no sirens, no footsteps from the room above at 4 a.m. With the lake nearby, frogs & crickets are heard throughout the night, but not so loud that they can't be drowned out by a ceiling fan if desired.

Loved it made some exceptional memories there. Positive: It was spacious and everything was very clean.

Positive: Home was nice and clean, quiet peaceful neighborhood..everything we needed to enjoy our stay was available. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Retreat. The location was great for us. There were restaurants and grocery stores, etc. nearby, yet with the great outdoor space (beautiful deck and back yard with fire pit area) overlooking the water it seemed like we were away from crowds when at the house.The kitchen is beautiful and was well equipped. There were more cooking pots, pans, etc. then we often find in other rentals. The listing doesn't detail out everything but the kitchen had a blender, which we loved for morning smoothies. We even found a slow cooker in one of the cabinets partway thru the trip which came in handy for us. We also found an assortment of sheet pans, cutting board, knife set in block, colanders, large bowls, etc.There are a good amount of windows in the back which made it easy to enjoy the view of the water even from inside.Note the beds in two of the rooms are firm which worked out great for us because they were to our liking.Host was responsive to an issue we had and resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. We appreciate being able to enjoy this home for our visit to Macon.
