Positive: What we liked: The unit was very accommodating inside. It was small and clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay: a well supplied kitchen: pots, fry pans, baking pans, muffin pans, etc., as well as utensils, paper towels, coffee machine, full size stove/oven, sink, glasses/plates, and a small refrigerator/freezer. There was also a washer/dryer outside the unit in case you need it. The bedding sheets were soft and very good quality. There is also a nice porch area on the second floor that was a bonus. We enjoyed spending the afternoons/nights having a coffee or drink on this porch. Parking was convenient, in the back of the building but tight. We had to get there early enough to find a spot, otherwise you will be forced to park on the street a distance away from the building as there is only one street parking space to keep driveways unblocked. Negative: What we didn't like: Bathroom: The toilet area is very tight and the toilet seat is small. The front of the toilet is exactly 9 inches from the wall in front of you. It may be difficult for a child and impossible to sit comfortably for an adult. You may try sitting on it sideways, but this option does not work for a guy. So, keep that in mind if you want to rent unit 5 on the second floor. Access: Access to Unit 5 is dangerous for senior individuals, senior dogs and kids. The picture of the outside stairs posted by the Host on the ad is misleading. The stairs to access unit 5 is an industrial metal ladder type of about 16 steps up to the second floor. If you have mobility issues, or have an elderly dog like our 10 yr old 48 pound dog it will be difficult, especially when wet as they are slippery, It was painful to see her struggle going up & down. The steps need to be upgraded with rubber to prevent slippage. She kept stopping at each step thinking there was a void up front and was going to fall through.The top of the platform had no guard rails for kids and dogs!. I talked to the Host to see if we could be moved to a ground floor unit, and she said that there were no other available units, so we had to stay in this unit for 3 nights. I rented this unit based on the picture provided of the outside stairs leading to the supposed entrance to unit 5, and none of the prior reviews talked about the ladder type of stairs either. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have rented this unit. The bed was very uncomfortable, I think it's time for a new bed. If you have back issues, you won't be able to sleep. Your body will sink in this bed. There are no bed stands and the next door neighbor kept us up to 3am.

Could not believe what we got for what we paid! Place was very clean and well decorated. Make sure you allow time on your stay to walk the streets and enjoy the beautiful historic architecture as this place is located in the historic district and not far from downtown Macon. Felt very safe in this area.

Positive: Άνετο δωμάτιο με πάρκινγκ. Δίπλα στο πανεπιστήμιο του mercer. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Λίγο παλιό το κτίριο αλλά πολυ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής.

Only stayed one night, cute space that has everything you need. The shared porch is really nice.
